The Wild Cabbage grows to a height of about 3 to 4 feet, and can be found on limestone cliffs in Wales, particularly around Tenby in Pembrokeshire. Older plants have a woody stem and bluish-green or grey-green cabbage-like leaves, which are often infested with the caterpillars of the Large White butterfly. The yellow flowers can be seen from May to August.
