Meadfoot Beach is a beach of coarse gravelly sand and pebbles backed by a sea wall with rows of blue beach huts at the southern end. Meadfoot Sea Road runs the length of the beach and parking is available in laybys along this road. The eastern end is contiguous with Ilsham Road which is plenty wide enough for roadside parking on both sides. Adjacent to Ilsham Road is a long, wide area of lawned grass. The rocky eastern end of the beach is known as Kilmorie Beach. Dogs are allowed at all times and toilets are available in summer. Note that very little beach is available around high tide.
