Redcliff Bay is definitely one of Dorset's least visited beaches. Lying to the east of Redcliff Point, it's a ½ mile long beach of flint shingle which slopes steeply near the sea, and backed by unstable cliffs. Ammonite fossils can be found here. Access is from the coastal path just below the PGL Activity Centre, where a concrete path with steps and a handrail descends the cliffs. Due to the unstable nature of the cliffs, this path has been affected by subsidence and is very uneven.
