Osmington beach lies at the end of a lane (signposted 'Osmington Mills') from the A353 east of Weymouth and is a beach of rocks and some sand. A private P&D car park, toilets and a pub (The Smugglers Inn) are at the end of the lane. The original path to the beach has been lost to subsidence. To reach the shore, follow the signposted path down to the Smugglers Inn, and after crossing the stream turn left around the back of the pub, after which the way will become obvious. Some roadside parking on the lane is also available.
