A 2-mile long toll road leads to a large car parking area alongside the Taw estuary near Crow Point. The car park is just above the sand, and access to the shore is either down short, salebrous paths, or a few concrete steps. Approximately ½ mile to the west is Crow Point, and the southern end of Saunton Sands. Dogs are alowed at all times.
