Comment : Selworthy Sands is a fabulous beach and well worth the climb through Gull Hole and scramble along the shoreline. The rock formations along the coastline are incredible. We did this a couple of days ago Aug 25th bank holiday Sat 2018 & it took about 50 mins to get there and 40 mins to get back, but we are all pretty fit and agile. It was a moderately hard climb up to Gull Hole, and we were very strict about coming back and departed from the beach at exact low tide, having left Bossington car park an hour and a quarter before low tide (2 hours earlier would have left us with more time on the beach) You need to wear shoes with very good grip.
